CCTV ERP Lite is a multi-tenant, cloud-hosted ERP for CCTV and security systems integrators. It covers tendering, quotations, sales and purchase orders, invoicing, projects, field operations, accounting and reporting.

CCTV ERP Lite at cctverp.info is provided free of charge within the usage limits described in clause 3. CCTV ERP Pro is an optional paid upgrade under the same account: starting a trial or subscribing never moves or copies your data, and the same users sign in at cctverp.com with the same email and password. A company works in one edition at a time: while it is on Pro its users sign in at cctverp.com; if Pro access ends, Lite opens again with the same data.

• You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by users you invite.
• Keep your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• The first user of an organisation becomes its administrator and controls who else may join and what each user may do.
• You must be authorised to accept these terms on behalf of the business you register.

The Lite edition is free, with capped users, employees, storage and document volumes. The current limits are shown in the application. We do not charge for use within them, and there is no trial that silently converts into a paid plan.

CCTV ERP Pro is an optional paid upgrade: ₹4,999 per month or ₹49,990 per year, plus applicable GST, after an optional 14-day free trial started from inside Lite. The price is shown before you pay; the trial never charges by itself, and if you do not subscribe the company returns to Lite with its data intact. Once your firm crosses ₹1 crore of business in a single financial year, we will suggest moving to a paid subscription suited to that scale. That is a recommendation, not an automatic charge: no payment is taken unless you choose a paid plan and complete a purchase. Prices are shown before you pay.

We may change the free limits with reasonable notice. If a change would reduce what your existing data needs, we will tell you before it takes effect so you can export or upgrade.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful material.
• Attempt to access another organisation’s data, or probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our written permission.
• Upload malware, or anything designed to disrupt the service.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
• Reverse engineer the software, except to the extent Indian law expressly permits.
• Use automated means to extract data at a volume that degrades the service for others.

We may suspend an account that breaches this clause. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.

The business records you enter remain yours. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models or for advertising. Each customer organisation is stored in a separate database rather than sharing rows in a common one.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store, back up, process and display your data, and to transmit it to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data from the application at any time. On request we will provide an export in a machine-readable format.

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but the free Lite edition is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. Maintenance, upgrades, or a failure at a hosting or network provider may interrupt access. Where planned maintenance is likely to be disruptive we will give notice in the application.

The software, its interface, documentation and branding belong to Snxwfairies Innovations Private Limited. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — not ownership of it. Your data and your own branding remain yours.

• You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.
• We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where required by law.
• After closure we retain your data for a minimum of 3 months so that an account closed in error can be restored, and then delete it — see the Privacy Policy.
• Export your data before asking for closure if you want to keep a copy.

The Lite edition is provided “as is”. It is business software, not professional advice: figures it produces — including tax, GST and accounting output — are your responsibility to verify before you rely on or file them.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the free Lite edition is limited to the amount you have paid us for it, which for the free tier is nil. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data where you had the means to export and retain your own copy.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be notified in the application or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any right you have under consumer law to bring proceedings where you are located.
